About Us

Our Story

GSR Construction & Associates LLC is a family-run business that began over 25 years ago. We
understand that there is no substitute for quality and professionalism. We strive to provide our
clients with what we refer to “Executing Legendary Services.”

In the early 2000’s we were in 5 different states, from California to New York performing
all aspects of construction work, from new buildings, maintenance, remodels, demolition to multi
family units. Running large projects and the complexity that comes with it has helped us to
understand and manage personnel, logistics, along with keeping within the expected time
frames.

We are now focusing our attention on commercial projects such as, Interior & Exterior work on
hospitals and Doctors offices. We are also focusing our expertise on office tenant build outs,
such as attorney & professional offices.
We have an impressive roster of multi-family projects we have performed both in California and
Texas. We have prided ourselves on the knowledge and meticulous skill set needed to bring
each one our clients projects to fruition, both in beauty and on time!
